NOTE - Adhere to the measuring guidelines for an accurate fit (refer to the instructional video and chart in the images). Select plus sizes for an additional full size in thumb circumference to accommodate swollen or enlarged thumbs, and a half size larger in the hand. Move up to the next size if you fall between sizes. If needed, the splint can be adjusted by trimming it below the MP joint.
